Software shouldn't need a setup guide
We build small, focused tools that run in your browser: no installs, no uploads, no waiting. One account unlocks all of them.
From a few tools we kept rebuilding to one toolkit
psofts started as a handful of small tools we kept rebuilding for ourselves: a QR generator here, a CSV previewer there. It turned into a single toolkit. Wherever we can, every tool runs client-side in your browser, so your files don't have to leave your machine.
We're not trying to be the next bloated all-in-one suite. Each tool does one job well, whether that's generating a QR code, previewing a CSV or printing an ID card, and then gets out of your way. When a tool needs to save something for you, like your notes or task boards, we keep it tied to your account and nothing else.
The principles behind every tool
Privacy by default
Most tools process everything locally in your browser. If we don't need your data, we don't ask for it.
Instant, no install
Open a link and it works. No downloads, no plugins, no waiting for anything to finish installing.
Focused tools
Each tool does one job well instead of trying to be a suite that's mediocre at everything.
One login
Sign up once and use every tool in the toolkit, with no separate accounts to juggle.
Four categories, one login
Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Every tool runs in your browser tab. Open the link and start using it, with nothing to download or keep updated.
Is my data uploaded to your servers?
Most tools, like the CSV Viewer, ID Card Maker and Design Canvas, process everything locally in your browser, so your files never leave your machine. Tools that need to save something for you, like the Online Notepad or Task Board, store it against your account so you can come back to it later.
Do I need a separate account for each tool?
No. One signup unlocks every tool in the toolkit, with no separate passwords to manage.
Is it really free?
Several tools, like the Online Notepad, Design Canvas and CSV Viewer, are free with no catch. Others are part of the Pro plan or can be bought on their own; the price is shown on each tool on the All tools page.
Who is psofts for?
Anyone who wants a quick tool for a specific job: shops, schools, freelancers, small teams and students, or anyone tired of installing an app for a five-minute task.
