❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Is my photo or CSV data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything — photo, CSV parsing, QR generation, and card rendering — happens directly in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
What does the QR code on the card contain?
It encodes the cardholder's name, ID number, and organization as plain text, so anyone with a QR scanner can quickly verify who the card belongs to.
What columns should my CSV have?
name, id_number, designation, blood_group, phone, valid_till — download the sample CSV above for the exact format and an example row.
How many cards fit on one print sheet?
8 cards per A4 sheet, arranged in a 2×4 grid with dashed cut lines. Larger batches automatically continue onto additional pages.
Can I reuse this for students or employees?
Yes — use "Designation / Class" for a job title or class/section, and "ID Number" for an employee code or roll number.
