OMR Sheet Generator

How it works

1. Enter your institute name and exam title.
2. Choose how many questions and options each question has (up to 200 questions, 2–6 options).
3. Add roll number bubbles and a booklet code if your exam uses them.
4. Download the PDF or print the sheet, then photocopy as many as you need.

Questions

Will it work with my OMR scanner? Every page has four black corner marks for alignment, and the bubbles sit on a fixed grid. Print one test sheet and check it with your scanning software before printing in bulk.

What if my questions don't fit on one page? With Auto bubble size, the sheet switches to smaller bubbles to fit one page. If that's still not enough, it continues on a second page with a name and roll number line.

Is my data uploaded? No. The sheet is drawn in your browser, and nothing you type leaves your device.
